Further to the announcement made by SKY Network Television Limited ("SKT")
today, the interest rate payable on SKT unsecured, unsubordinated Bonds
("SKTFA") has been reset to 4.43% per annum, with effect from tomorrow,
Thursday, 16 October 2014.
The interest rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market
open tomorrow.
