On 5 July 2012, Z Energy Limited (Z Energy) announced it had registered a
Simplified Disclosure Prospectus (SDP) for an offer of bonds to the public
with a principal amount of up to $100 million (with the option to accept
oversubscriptions of up to $50 million) and a maturity date of 15 November
2019.
