    Not $250 - $600 from 1000 plus clients. It is just referring to those 6 mentioned specifically in the announcement, along with some others they haven't been able to mention specifically due to sensitivity. The vast majority of the 1000 + mentioned would likely be on the free option currently.

    A positive announcement indeed, just not to the extent that some have interpreted it as.
