XFiles. That would support the theory that they are supressing to price for the purpose of buying cheaper. The other theory is that they only want to prevent the exercise of the UNTAQs. I don't think that they'd be concerned if it then became obvious that he was deliberatly capping. That's not an offence, if they own those shares, they can put them anywhere on the market. It would be extremely difficult to prove otherwise.
