I know both guys from my days at PLS. GD was way more experienced and senior than NB at PLS. GD was also more about the development piece where as NB is about geology. Given the stage the company's at now maybe the board needs NB skills. To discover and define a resource. GD is a great guy and will be snapped up soon.
