as has been mentioned before the app isn’t the main revenue generator here rather the booking platform behind it, b KP ut I do think in today’s world you cannot succeed without a kickass looking app that lets you book an appt. With ease at 10pm, which is exactly what Klaus promised - this hasn’t happened. Sure, the website is nice and works well, but no app = no penetration for anyone under, I’d say 30-35 years old these days
Why not invest in a functional app with a great UI in addition to the booking platform, I understand you need to be onboarding clinics and sites but WHO are you onboarding for if the majority of people born after 1985 go to an app, not browser?
