Gone from 5.6c down to 2.4c in the biggest bullmarket in history... yet you think the board is to blame for the performance of the company over this time?
- Numerous capital raisings for which everyone who participated would be well down
- Endless capital burnt on new initiative and programs that have not generated significant revenues
- Large deal signings that have taken years to deliver
- CAGR in the 25% range for last few years for a startup that should be in the 50% range

Yet you want to blame the board?

Since I exitted 1ST in April last year after the quarterly was released, i took my largest position in my career in a company called NCL and was buying all the way from aroun 2c from when Ganesh took over... Now sitting at a lazy 18c.. The way I try make money is to find those rare opportunities in companies that attempt to make money and have growth. 1ST may get there... but it certainly has struggled to show that it will in recent years.
