A Librarian ! risk management sshhhh everyone.

I worked with KPMG Australia from 1994 to 2018 and was appointed a Partner in 2007. In this role, I provided accounting, audit, assurance and advisory services working across various industries including financial services (banking, finance, securitisation, managed investments), transport, health, manufacturing, energy and natural resources and publishing.

I was a director on the State Library of Queensland from 2008 to 2017 including being the Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee during this period.

My experience and areas of expertise include:
• Audit of entities in the for profit and not-for-profit sectors. 
• Accounting and advisory services to both government and private sector entities.
• Advising boards of directors in the interpretation and application of accounting and audit matters
• Overseeing certain new business development initiatives including product development, brand/
product marketing and model refinement.
• Presentation and education of staff and clients in accounting, finance and risk management.
• Overseeing the implementation of industry based training and thought leadership initiatives.
