How can we talk about revenue or cost or balance sheet
when we all know the company needs to be fully funded tp
procede to the last level of construction and operation .
we all
know now , last month , last year , last five years that we need to develop our project in order to make or have a revenue
so to me all this comment are only gossiping to the highest level .
