New helium results off the chart Dear Gold Hydrogen supporter, New results from our Yorke Peninsula tenements have recorded helium purity at some of the highest levels seen globally. It’s a truly amazing result. Watch: Drone footage of the latest testing at Ramsay 2, where incredibly high helium readings were confirmed. The second round of testing at Minlaton has confirmed helium at up to 17.5% purity (air-corrected) at the Ramsay 2 well. The tests enhance initial findings late last year and with the rare and expensive gas produced at sites with as little as 1% purity that are commercially viable, we are in the box seat to be able to commercialise both it and natural hydrogen. As we’ve said before, the find is one of the first worldwide of helium in a non-petroleum system, sparking hope the results could lead to new geological targets for helium. We have not been able to find many helium discoveries ever at more than 17%. With hydrogen found earlier at up to 86% purity, which was our main target from day one, the helium find is a huge value add. The current round of testing is being conducted to extract samples of both gases for further testing at world-leading laboratories, with a goal to help develop pilot commercialization plans by the end of the year. Early results show both gases being able to flow into the well bore and to surface due to thepermeable formations. We now plan an extended exploration well production test to understand how future wells will perform. Things are well on track and we’ll keep you updated. See our full ASX releasehere.
