It does seem strange, as to how they can make such sweeping statements about plans, with relatively definite deadlines like final quarter 2018.
However, we're not the one with our finger on the pulse of the ore bodies and Andrew Steward seems to be right enough with his predictions to date. I.e. at every point he's stretched to try and maximise bang for his exploration buck. IMVHO.
