With McGrath looking like being taken private, this will only leave The Agency as the last listed real estate brand to be listed.
This type of business should never have been listed and those that came in on the listing and multiple raises since are all still under water.
Listings are at all time lows pretty much across the country and this business is break even at best....with $15m in debt its still looking expensive at $12m market cap in my view.
