It does not sound like ADO is close to commercialisation of its battery technology to me, probably a lot more development and testing to go:My biggest concern with ADO is how are they going to pay for the amounts owing for the DIAsource purchase. The revenue in half yearly was still poor and therefore earnings from DIAsource may be eaten up by the ADO side of the business and therefore not available to fund the payments due ? We probably will not get a good idea until the next few cash flow statements are released.
My reading of this note from the half yearly is that ADO do not expect to be able to pay the earn out payment from their earnings and may need to finance that in some other manner ?
