Reading the report, MAH is actually cash flow positive under the general methods of assessment, being the cash flows from operations section and even the net cash movements in the period.
I think what you may be referring to is the increase in net debt in the period. Management has covered this in previous reports, regarding the increased capital expenditure to support the pipeline growth. It also appears that management have taken advantage of the instant asset write off in the period to reduce the tax bill.
