Regarding Vanmag that's been ongoing since 2009, the goal posts keep stretching. I doubt anybody believes this Management anymore. I found the below to be of particular interest in the Half Yearly...80M shares or 18.6% of dilution to existing holders given to consultants...& lenders...mind you this is for a 6 mth period....

If new options are given to existing holders as per previous announcement & there is a 2 year timeframe...until expiry..@ 50 cents conversion....one would doubt CCC SP will ever reach 50 cents....as Management prefers to issue new shares...
