J Capitol Health Ready for More M&A, Says Morgans -- Market Talk
17:19 EST [Dow Jones] Capitol Health (CAJ.AU) is in good shape to add further
acquisitions to recent deals worth a combined A$90 million for Southern Radiology and
IOP, says Morgans. The broker has now included revenue contributions of A$3 million from
IOP and A$9 million from Southern Radiology into its FY15 forecasts, resulting in an 11%
increase in anticipated net profit to A$9.5 million. Morgans increases Capitol
Health's price target by 23% to A$1.11/share. "We expect Capitol Health will
continue to make further bolt-on acquisitions, which should be well supported by the
market," analyst Scott Power says. CAJ last traded at A$0.925.
