The Directors advise that the following amendments to the SPP timetable will occur:
Allotment date for the new shares will now be Monday 16 February 2015;
Holding statements will be sent to shareholders on Tuesday 17 February 2015 and
quotation of the new shares is also anticipated on that day;
Refunds will be despatched to applicants on Monday 23 February 2015.
