    It is very good news. Doc update Q3 (July has got new record 35000 consultants delivery). It give market more confidence in Q3 and Q4. I believe Doc will have more consultants in autumn and winter. Don't worry about short term volatility if you are a long term holder. Patience is a most virtue.
