Drilling operations were initiated in the Naccowlah Block JV with the goal of improving the 40% recovery loss. While two wells showed an increase in recovery rates, one turned out to be a dud, falling short of previous recovery levels.The expected income from these operations over the next five years should cover operating expenses and management fees but may not yield any profits or generate cash flow for exploring new opportunities.
