Noise around transition to franchise, but number of sales/agent has ticked back up over 20 annualised for company owned RE agencies and just under for franchisees. In the franchise business, positive they are ticking up average # sold while also increasing agent count by ~11% v June 2023. Everything says the bottom in the property market was 12 months ago or something.
