Perhaps, but fundamentally, there is plenty in ABU's favour.
Depends on which one you place more credibility on.
Charts are easily manipulated and/or easily distorted by low volumes (ABU). POG -no doubt in my mind is manipulted short term but is very strong long term.
ABU is sitting on a great asset and the chart does not change that. The overall price rise from 2009 partly reflects the added value. The shorter term volatility reflects sentiment whether its days weeks or months.
