Did not lose any, not interested. Just have followed story for 13 years. Just have a soft spot for calling BS on companies that are bad for investors.
The whole point is that current shareholders will get diluted by the debt holders (who happen to be the control shareholders).
The debt piles up at 15% per year (the non-cash interest rate), so if anything good comes, the debt will massively dilute the current shareholders, with the small shareholders doing the suffering.
Tough hill to climb. They have been trying to raise capital for ever ... tried to do UK AIM listing ... debt holders keep them on short lease, extending debt by 6-12 months at a time ...
