Don't worry of current share price.
Think this way, if they short (selling), surely they need to buy back, and return the share to owner. We know, 20% owned by landstead, around 5% by management, and 10-15% by top 20 shareholder. Correct me if i'm wrong for the % holding. Total around 35-40%. Just do your own math.
After the short period, they need to move SP higher to make profit, as they average buy price might around 3.5 cents (my guesstimate)
If the SP is going lower, Halcon or other company might put takeover offer, which shorter did not want.
That's why, after the hedge period done, SP will move up.
They will not short if there is no upside potential.
