At reporting date the Group incurred a loss of $2,448,437, had current assets of $482,764 and current liabilities of
$10,132,567. The Directors believe the company will be able to raise the funds necessary to meet their current
liabilities and commitments from the profitable sale of manganese from its Zambian Projects and further capital
raising.
