been watching DDR for a few months now
I love that the employees have been there for a while and that Dicker himself says 'it's simple, if you want the best, you have to pay (take care of) them the best!' It gives me confidence in the business and that's assured further by their ability to be dynamic in a fast moving industry.

They have recurring revenues increasing, they have a great amount of cash from the raise but best of all they are still in a great growth phase highlighted by their yoy growth. Their margins are increasing too!
I'm sure they intend to utilise the increased capacity in the new warehouse, so it's safe to say they're anticipating some continued growth. There are soo many advancements in this field that businesses are almost forced to upgrade equipment or adopt new software or risk being left behind with inefficiencies.

Unfortunately for a lot of businesses that have already been stretched by the effects of this pandemic, in order to keep their businesses afloat I.T is an unavoidable cost. Additional hardware/software to get people working from home was an expense they had to assume. I wonder if the

The previous quarter netted ~30mill NPAT. If we annualise that with a similar CAGR experienced in the previous 5 odd years, we could be looking at ~$70mill+ NPAT. An approx PER of 19x which seems a little low comparatively speaking against other tech stocks. Even if it is close to fairly valued, that doesn't take into account the growth from a M&A. It's not speculation if David Dicker has himself said that if the right candidate comes along then they will look to get it done. Some companies may be on their hands and knees at the moment, so it's not a bad spot to be in with a healthy balance sheet.

Anyway, I was just wanting to structure some of my thoughts and figured where better than a forum to get some agreeable/contrarian views
