No potentially the opposite. Trumps biggest donor is Musk. Expect tariffs on EV to increase to 300% and that to trigger a response by China with tariffs on graphite, REE and lithium. There is a massive trade war with China likely if Trump gets in. He does not care about EVs but he will support his biggest donor and he has a great dislike for China and the trade imbalance. Just my view. But Musk expects to get something for his nearly $200 million in donations he has promised.
