INTERIM: GMT: GMT Distribution and 2012 Interim Report

Further to the announcement of 13 November 2012, Goodman (NZ) Limited, the
Manager of GMT, is pleased to advise that the second quarter distribution,
for the period ended 30 September 2012, will be paid to Unitholders today.

Goodman (NZ) Limited is also pleased to announce that the 2012 Interim
Reports for Goodman Property Trust and its subsidiary GMT Bond Issuer Limited
are now available.

Copies of the integrated report and the covering letter that accompany it
have been provided to the NZX.
