What is the criteria or evidence for estimating an in-ground percentage of 10% of the whole?
Why not assign 20% or 30% to IGV? The calculation is totally arbitrary if no evidence is provided to support the percentage used. Irrespective, we now have a real asset (JORC) which will only grow with time. I don't need to use a percentage to know that MOH should have a MC greater than 10million which is 40% higher than the current MC (i..e., share price is undervalued by at least 25%).
