    Why arent you impressed? The fund has jumped nearly 6% in less than 3 weeks. It owns APT as a major holding (up 18% today), has written AXL to zero and has only 11% cash. Just to add to that, you can buy shares at an 11% discount to NTA.
    At least this is one microcap LIC manager that read the tea leaves correctly in December.
