Reporting effect sizes wouldn’t be appropriate given they are being transparent that the study is underpowered at this stage. They have indicated a hypothesised large effect size (even a medium effect would be great) and pretty clearly indicated that the treatment is looking better than without Psi-gad at this stage “high probability (greater than 85% - alpha error 0.05 or 95% confidence level)”.
I’m going to interpret manufacturing agreement as an indication of how positive it’s looking.
85% chance of improvement, not 85% improvement. We haven’t been told how much improvement over placebo. Great to see no drop out from study or safety concerns.
