Generally, it's a slight win for Intuit. But in some cases Xero is better suited.
For whatever reason, Xero aren't aggressively going for the US market i.e. they don't have a killer advantage, and are weaker in some areas. A live telephone number - better customer service - would be one area they are behind and should and could fix, but haven't. i.e. when you're the weaker competitor, why make it harder for your customers to do business with you than number 1?
