Intuit is a broader company, and not just online like Xero. But you're comparing the market cap of both, with all of Xero's customer numbers but only the online Quickbooks element for Intuit - ignoring Quickbooks desktop customers and other divisions.
Intuit's actual worldwide customer numbers are over 50m... so there's nothing overpriced about Intuit, or underpriced for Xero on that basis.
