    circular logic in the report (and in your post), isn't it?

    (lost control because pulled funding, yet never was an obligation to give funding - shareholding doesn't disappear unless the shares were partly paid shares which there is no evidence to suggest the shares were anything other than fully paid)

    logic, guys. trivium. learn it. apply it. then teach it to other "beings"

    actually the report says other reasons: actions of Morila SA management. hmmm...

    it's always all there. they tell you what they do. just people don't have basic comprehension skills
