What I find interesting is that all CR to date, often at a relatively low SP, was not offered to loyal shareholders, but rather to other preferred investors (without shareholdings) who subsequently made lots of money. Wonder why now loyal shareholders are reluctant to take up the rights issue???
The disastrous PVD experience taught me that all brokers' Reports containing forecasts are ridiculously inaccurate.
A suggestion to the Board is to approach David Wall (88E) to take the helm of PVD? Maybe he can turn PVD around!!
I lost lots of money. Hard to take, when DN and the other Director had to sell PVD shares to pay tax on their PVD profits.
