I listened to the results call this morning.

The main messages were:
1. Advertising in Nov+Dec and ongoing into Jan+Feb has been good especially national advertisers with regional advertising still struggling with the aftermath of damage done by regional lockdowns especially in Victoria and to a lesser extent NSW and WA

2. Good interest from advertisers in upcoming AFL season due to start in 3 weeks time and the Tokyo Olympics.

3. Newly hired Strategy Executive commenced 4 weeks ago to look for new revenue streams not dependant on advertising

My analysis of the mood of the FEO and CFO was that if H2 is reasonable divodends would be recommenced unless capital is required for a major investment.

Prime has stabilised is financial position (albeit to the detriment of dividend payments) and shareholders can expect with some confidence a return t better times by way of dividends or a SP re-rate.
