I haven't had a chance to review closely as yet but the thing that stands out to me, and has for some time, is their ability to acquire businesses "successfully". By that I mean that they always seem to achieve an end result out of their acquisition which is in line with their expectations without too many blemishes along the way. First of all was Holdrite, followed by John Guest and now Holman Industries. A smaller purchase of course but seems to have fitted in seamlessly. I think the rest looks like about what can be expected under the current economic circumstances.
