I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't be JORC compliant yet. All the exploration results are JORC2012 compliant. Resource modelling is a standard process and it's not difficult to do. Geostats is straight forward as well. They've had plenty of time to complete all the steps so apart from some strange unwillingness to inform the market, I'm bereft of any logical reason not to release the statement. As far as waiting 2 to 3 weeks with the ASX response, that hasn't been my experience. I've always found the ASX advisor appointed to your company to contact you the day of the release or the next day about any queries that they have.
