Under JORC I don't see they have any choice about releasing the resource statement. They should have done it before talking about mining studies and such like. If they have a resource statement then clearly its material and they are bound under continuous disclosure rules to release it. If its not final then don't start talking about mining studies and open pits in the ASX announcements. Just stick to the met results which were pretty good and a positive. No point opening yourself up to getting whacked by the ASX when you have some good results anyway. It just opens up a whole bunch of questions CYY does not need to get asked right now.
