Still have to disagree with you, but at least you now acknowledge that there is a permit!
The court decision is not about granting the permit, it is simply addressing the way that the permit was granted and wether the correct law and procedure was adhered to.
Ignore the share price, that can (and I believe will) change dramatically overnight, the fundamentals are ever growing in our favour.
Personally, I cannot believe the negativity that has arisen by a few impatient holders, (and non holders) but I am still confident that all this will alleviate in the near future.
Until anyone can prove me wrong with factual information, this is my stance.
