I’d say most of the coordinating would already be initiated or better yet complete. Ding and the team have been hard at work with various government authorities & investors for years. These guys seem pretty certain on the infrastructure as you can see the prospectus is practically build around it.

I’ve never prayed in my life but may consider if it’ll increase our chances of relisting..
