I believe the split is 50/50 of profits, not revenue. There would have been substantial costs to get to the good ore, so it is possible there is no actual cash coming our way.
From memory, the initial agreement was for FMR to take the first $8m of revenue then split the profits. This gave me an estimate of the costs to mine the trial area.
Something has happened to the JV relationship. Notice the announcement says (paraphrasing here) "there are plenty of other places to get our ore processed".
