Update (key points):

- Update (in part) responding to shareholder inquiries
- No revenue figures until 4C - by or before 31 July.
- No definitive statement on performance shares until after 4C released (post audit).
- Supply side network technical issues = use of non-ISX networks (at higher cost) for past months
- technical issues to be completely resolved in next few months.

Technical issues will impact costs, but should not affect gross revenue (metric for perf. shares).
