I don't think fraud ... incompetent, arrogant, naive, bungling, amateur, inept and stupid are more the words that come top of my mind. The full list is of course a lot longer!
The CFO and board do seem to know what they're doing with regards to rescuing the situation though. So far they've done well, so this may reinstall a little bit of confidence. The SP will be in the dog house for a while tho!
