    I agree. Sort of seems to me like the CEO may not have listened to the CFO ... so the CFO resigns. Board realises CEO is out of control so asks CEO to resign and begs CFO to come back and help right the ship. All just speculation of course but an interesting run of resignations, serious issues and reappointment. If this is the case, the young CFO deserves shareholder respect.
