I don't mind honest incompetance (well I do,but you know what I mean) but conartists and frauds need to have their day in court.

Otherwise directors indemnity premiums just skyrocket, no one can afford them, and then where are you going to get company directors from?

If he can outlinehow he's some kind of victim of some kind of circumstances..and yes..I know it's India..and they have a level of corruption..but I can't see any accident here...just a prolonged, year in, year out deliberate, wilful reeling in of suckers.
