    You really need to read the announcement in full, just not the parts that favor you.

    There are around 240m options @ 2c that are due for conversion by the 31/12/2017. Based on the closing price on Friday, these options are already in the money.

    I am sure you really thought that the Tanzanian Legislation changes would have been the end of Volt, but sadly for you Volt is still trading.
