I imagine you asked lots of questions before investing in the convertible note so perhaps you can explain to me exactly how Volt gets through the next 6 months on $1 million because I think it is mathematically impossible.
Firstly, management budgeted $1.86m last quarter and started with $1.25m so it's possible that $500k of this new loan has already gone to outstanding creditors and the current burn rate is $600k per month. The numbers don't add up.
And then we need to factor in the political situation in Tanzania which is going to slow every process down.
