Yes I realise the plan has changed, ... I've followed VRC closely since I sold late July 2016.
I posted the screen shot purely to show you where to look in the 5B should you wish to see the cash outflow for a company for the next qtr.
What you'll notice is that is unless a company aggressively downsizes, Admin/Corporate costs pretty much stay the same, and they are what's referred to as fixed costs. Yes, they can vary a bit (particularly Corporate costs), but unless you get rid of Directors or aggressively downsize, you are more or less stuck with those costs and as such, that's why they are known as fixed costs.
Drilling costs etc are variable costs and they are not relevant in these calculations unless the company has specifically noted that drilling campaigns are relevant for the period in question.
So in VRC's case, approx. $764,000 per qtr (being Admin/Corporate/Staff costs) are fixed costs that the company is stuck with unless they choose to downsize.
