    I agree there wasnt much new in this announcement for long term holders- maybe that the chinese are spending the extra $5M!? The size of the resource was dileneated ages ago.

    Anyways, the announcement seemed a bit opportunistic to me but, if you've got a cow, milk it! Also, the initial market reaction to the announcement gives an insight into what affect we can expect confirmation of an economically viable vanadium resource to have on IRC's share price (and i intend to sell into that hype)!
