so is this a V2O5 deposit or an oil deposit? which has the great value - with 60-75l/t oil maybe oil will dominate the cash flow?

clearly this deposit has been known about for a lot of years and yet it is still in the ground why? without going into too much detail I can guess;
1/ that the oil is a problem to separate
2/ regulations for mining are onerous
3/ -38um (0.038mm) is extremely fine therefore tough to process
4/ capex is high and bankers are (were) not prepared to take the risk

I'm not wanting to rain on the parade, but these are just a couple of things that I can see need to be overcome before we get really excited.
